On cask at Holyrood 9A. Appearance - golden with a toffee tinge. Decent head. Nose - toffee some resin and some spice. Taste - toffee and some spice. Then cleansing grapefruit on the finish. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy texture and a dry but elegant finish. Overall - rather than hitting you with big favour from the start, like a good French wine its appeal grows the more you drink.
