Un assemblage de Funk lala, notre grisette élevée en Foudre avec bleuets et de Saison Cerise avec des griottes locales élevée en fûts de chêne, puis refermentée sur de la mûre Andine, une variété de mûre acidulée.

Il en résulte une bière complexe présentant un agréable équilibre entre les tonalités fruitées, boisées et "fuinky" et à l'acidité soutenue, avec une agréable longueur.

Poured from bottle at FHF 2022 (notes from Aug 06, 2022). Hazy salmon orange with small white head. Light funk, cherry, touch of cassis, nice.

Pink colour with a slight haze. No head. Tart, fresh-tasting. Nice fruit and a juicy acidity.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a cloudy bright amber with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out plenty of tart cherries, oak, and wild bugs. Flavour is loaded with tart cherries, cherry skins, vinous notes, and oak. Wild, oaky, tart and bone dry fruitiness. Excellent.
