Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2015 ] @ Lokomotivvaerkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Hornbeer Shinook ].Unclear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus, licorice - pine hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, licorice - pine hops, fruity, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150528]

DØE. Hazy dark amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, hop, earthy and pine. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, hop, earthy, medium sweet, pine and medium bitter.

Draught at KØ15. Mild grassy hop aroma. Cloudy brown colour. Good stable light brown head. The flavour has a grassy and caramelly hoppiness. Medium bitterness, perhaps a bit higher than that.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is grapefruity and light peachy hoppy. Smooth fruity, grapefruity. Lingering hoppy and dry. Bitter and crisp fruity.
