22oz bottle pours out black topped with a small tan head. Nose is great big chocolate covered coconut candy toasted nuts vanilla. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate rich roast malts toasted coconut and vanilla. Plenty barrel balance also.

Dark brown. No head. This is sticky on the nose, then a sweet and decadent coconut and evaporated milk aroma comes in. On the palate, very sweet. Again, lots of coconut, dark sugar, evaporated milk, vanilla, almonds, just a big pile of tasty sweet stuff.

Poured from 650mL bottle. Dark brown with minimal beige head. Coconut, vanilla, dark sugar, light rum and bourbon in the background, some alcohol heat. Really nice.

On tap at Modern Times - Encinitas, pours a filthy dark brown / black, no head. Aroma is decadent, with insane amounts of coconut, vanilla and chocolate, followed by loads of rum. Flavour is intensely sweet, with a ridiculous amount of rum-soaked chocolate, burnt sugars, coconut and diabetes level sweetness. Certainly dessert-like but it's just too sweet to be drunk in more than 1-2 oz at most. Excellent for what it is.
