Poured from 375mL bottle. Clear dark brown with no head. Slight booze, mild barreled stout notes, touch of chocolate malt, candi sugar, interesting combo.

Pours dark brown, scent is intense, smooth, dark sugar, milder but not hidden barrel. Bit soy. Taste is full-on juicy, honey, dark sugar, milder but present imperial stout - that overtakes the main presence towards the aftertaste. Almost a hint of red fruits - raspberry . pretty great, but it needs some time on the palate.

Bottle at Superstition, pours a deep dark mahogany, no head. Nose is intense, with molasses, candi sugar, some burnt honey… not sure what the stout contributes. Flavour is full of candi sugar, molasses, burnt sugars, and sweet honey. Again, not sure what the stout contributes other than maybe a bit of bourbon. Quite sweet and intense, but perhaps not their most complex. Very good nevertheless.
