On tap at Bergen Ølfestival. An unclear, golden beer topped by a dense, off-white head. The aroma is typical saison-ish, fruity and lightly peppery with a hint of apples added. Some yeasty hints. It’s dry and medium to full-bodied, nicely carbonated and tasting of generic fruityness, some lemon zest hints, a sublte and pleasant apple touch and a faint yeasty spicyness. Some herbal hints in the finish. A refreshing and tasteful beer I’d love to repeat on a hotter day. 150906

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, apple and wheat. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long slightly dry, yeasty, apple and wheat finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap @ BØ 15. Pours light yellow , with a big creamy head. Aroma is tart yeast with wood, apples and fruit peel. Medium body, with fizzy, mouthfilling carbonation. Flavour is tart yeast, with fruity lemon peel, solbær and apples, as well as light funky wooden notes. Dry wooden finish.

[ As Lindheim Apple Farmhouse ].Light unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light to moderate yeasty, apple - cider, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, apple, saison yeast, fruity. Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is kind of strange and very mild, heather, weeds, almond essence, minerals, apple, grain, yeast, flowers. Taste is slightly harsh, weeds, yeast, heather, almond essence, apple, minerals, apple skin, cardboard, wet hay, grass. Medium bitterness, harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Meh!

On tap at Brygghus 9, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out farmhouse notes and subtle apple. Flavour is exactly the same, with apples, farmhouse spice and floral notes. Well-balanced and drinkable. Interesting beer.
