Bottleshare at CBJ. Thanks to Russell and Kate. A light haze on this pale yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Mildly tart floral lemon and mildly dried ripe. Slightly tart dry finish. Hmm. Whatever!

(Draught at Craft Beer Covent Garden, London, 17 Nov 2023) Hazy golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of grapes, oak wood and white wine. Fruity, tart taste with grapes, green apples, oak wood, citrus, grapefruit, herbs, white bread, a touch of yeast and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tart, woody and really tatsy. Very nice.

On tap at Mikkeller Brewpub London, pours a clear golden with almost no head. Nose reveals plenty of wild yeast, rustic saison yeast, and plenty of oak. Flavour is dry and funky, with plenty of oak, lots of bugs, and rustic farmhouse notes. Complex, oaky and buggy finish. Excellent.
