750ml bottle from Mr West. 2021 Vintage. Hazed yellow colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of grape, apple, pear, straw. Taste is sweetish and tart, perry pear, appley, white wine, sourish, peach, woody, oak, coconut hint, with some acidity and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry acidic & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Hazy, pale green. Very tart. Lots of green apple. Tannic as heck. I mean, I like it for that but it's quite assertive.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a cloudy blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out gentle apple skins, with light wild yeast and musty apples. Flavour is funky and wild, with wild yeast, oak, and crisp apple skins. Nicely constructed, with oak and apple skins. Nice wild funkiness to this. Good.
