Draught at KØ. Frothy White fair mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light elderflower and apple notes. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Draught, as Appelwit, KØ15. Pours cloudy amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of fruit and malt, with notes of yeast and touches of hops. Sweet flavour of apples and malt, with notes of yeast and mild touches of hops. Sweetish aftertaste with vinous notes. Okay.
