This IPA is as cool as can be.Bittered with Warrior Resinate and dry hopped with Citra and Simcoe Cryo hops for a smooth floral and citrus aroma. Notes of passion fruit, pine and a little berry make an appearance. This combination of hops is delicious and refreshing and in the inimitable words of Sportscaster Stuart Scott, “as cool as the other side of the pillow”.

Aroma has notes of pineapple, tangerine, bread. Taste has a moderate pithy bitterness with tropical, piney flavors.

Draft pour pint at Elliott Bay Pizza. Clean and clear golden pour.lots of sticky head and lacing. This is what I look for in a west coast IPA. Clean and crisp front, with grassy, piney, gentle onion hops, and a good biscuit grain for balance. Sharp flavor up front, has a hop bite, but this is nowhere near intense at any point. Long lingering resinous pine. Absolutely on point IPA here.

On tap at Stoup, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, light grassiness, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp, with lots of piney hops, some grass, and biscuity malt. Piney, grass, and crisp finish. Excellent.
