Bottle thanks to Jeremy. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong yeast, spelt, funk, oak. Slick body, similar flavors to nose, citrus, light tartness, very nice.

Pale, chill haze, big floral aroma. Rich malts, great balance of brett. Lots of yarrow, which of takes it in a gruitish direction. Excellent, not the least because I love yarrow and this reminds me of Two Druids Gruit.

On tap at Brouwer's Cafe - 18th Anniversary event, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma is very floral, bringing out lots of the yarrow flowers, crunchy grains and oak. Flavour is floral and grainy, with a real nice mix of floral notes from the yarrow and spicy grains from the spelt. There's the usual nice mixed wild yeast character and gentle oakiness to round it out. Very good.
