Poured from 375mL bottle (thanks Taylor). Near black with very minimal beige head. Chocolate, mild bourbon barrel, lactose, sprinkle sweetness. Okay.

Dark brown, no head. Lots of chocolate, good sprinkle character, and there's some bourbon, then there's a bit of cake. That's a bit imaginative but this isn't that bad.

375mL bottle, pours jet black with a tiny brown head. Aroma brings out lots of chocolate, lactose, and a touch of bourbon barrels. Flavour is quite dessert-like, with dark cocoa, sweet chocolate cake, lactose, and bourbon barrels. A bit too adjunct-laden, especially those sprinkles and cake, but the bourbon barrels are nice. Good stuff.

Black colour, no head. Aroma of dark sugars and mild cacao. It's full bodied, moderately sweet, intense chocolate flavour, cacao, rich burnt sugars, more spirit than vanilla coming from the barrel, and maybe traces of liquorice. Very well made, all the flavours are well incorporated.

375ml (thx, Chris S.!) @ on Alouette campground in Golden Ears shared with Alex. Appearance: almost black with no head. Aroma: sweet, barrel, liquorice, some chocolate. Taste: along the same lines, quite sweet, but not cloying. Overall: quite nice.
