Chameleon Pale Ale is co-fermented with two very fruit-forward yeast strains, which bolsters the big tropical and citrus fruit flavours that Azzaca and Citra hops are famous for. Brett C, one of the yeast strains used in this beer exhibits its juicy pineapple and mango notes, a light acidity and minimal funk. This fruity and crushable Pale Ale is balanced with a moderate bitterness making a perfect pairing for summer grilling.

Poured from the tap. Slightly hazy yellow with small white head. Raw doughy malt, super feint brett. Not much point here…

On tap at Strange Fellows, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma is rather muffled, with young brett and earthiness - there's not much character here and what little there is isn't pleasant. Flavour is muddled as hell, with murky earthiness and barely any brett presence. Honestly, this is really poor. How can Strange Fellows put something of this dreadful quality out? Young brett I guess, but the base beer is so lame that age won't do this much good. Very poor.

Dullish cloudy pale. A touch of brett but it's kind of yeasty -that brett hasn't really kicked in much yet.
