Aroma: way more on the raspberry side, than 2024 one.
Taste: tastes like a lot of raspberry puree dumped into a nice BBA imperial stout.
Overall: very different to 2024, more fruity, kinda getting to the smoothie style Imperial Stout 😂 (and guess where 2023 is in the picture 😁).

Bomber, 2023 vintage. Raspberry aroma with notes of chocolate, roasted malt, vanilla, oak and bourbon. Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head that has little retention and basically no lacing. Starts with rich chocolate, roasted malt and oak flavors as well as having rich, full body and silky smooth mouthfeel. Finishes impeccably smooth with raspberry, vanilla and bourbon flavors. Fantastic imperial stout reminiscent of a chocolate covered raspberry.

22 oz. bottle, pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out the raspberries upfront, followed by chocolate, vanilla, and bourbon barrels. Flavour is rich, with lots of chocolated-covered raspberries, bourbon, vanilla, and dark sugars. Really nice chocolate-covered raspberries. The booze is surprisingly well-hidden. Tasty.
