750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has subtle gin barrels, rustic saison yeast, and a touch of citrus zest. Flavour is loaded with gin barrels, moderate acidity, and rustic notes. A bit too acidic, but the gin barrels are used nicely and the base saison is good. Solid.

Poured from 750mL bottle @ Black Xmas. Hazed gold with small white head. Feint gin, nice cara cara and grapefruit. Nice blend.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is fruity and citrus forward with quite a bit of orange and grapefruit notes. Medium gin notes and hints of oak. Light SARA funk hiding behind the citrus and gin notes. Hints of grain notes. Pours a somewhat hazy, golden-orange with a medium sized, moderately thick,.white head that recedes fairly quickly to the edges where it lingers for a bit. Flavor is slightly acidic with light grain notes. Medium low bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderate notes of citrus with nice orange and grapefruit notes. Lighter gin botanical notes and hints of oak. Light SARA funk that adds some lemon and green grape notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid citrus saison but the citrus notes overwhelm the underlying beer a bit. Nice gin barrel character that works well with the citrus.

Bottle thanks to Josh. Pours a hazy orange gold with medium off white head that lasts. The aroma is citrus, yeast, floral, oak, mineral. Thin body, orange zest, yeast, wood, mineral, nice tartness, enjoyed this.
