Pours hazy light yellow with large foamy white head. Aroma quite funky and bright. Has a lot of barn flavour. Refreshing and interesting to drink.

Quite pale, opaque, big frothy head. Herbaceous hops, light body, a touch estery. Captures that nice 'refreshing beverage for the field workers' vibe of saison's origins.

On tap at Luppolo, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out toasted grains, gentle farmhouse notes, and gentle mineraly notes. Flavour is grainy and dry, with very high carbonation, gentle farmhouse notes, lots of toasted grains, and a champagne-like effervescence with all that carb, which serves this well. Nice stuff.
