Our rotating Farm Stand Fruited Sour series will showcase a variety of fruits in a tart and refreshing beer. We use Lachancea yeast, an exciting yeast that both produces lactic acid and ferments maltose, alongside our house ale yeast. This version highlights Marionberry, a deliciously sweet and juicy cultivar of Blackberry.

On tap at the brewery. Pours red with pinkish head. Fruity, berries, some lactic notes, moderate sourness.

Pink colour, lactic kettle sour with light berry. Pie-like fruit. But basic base.

On tap at Stoup, pours a clear pink with a small white head. Aroma is full of yogurt, some tart marionberry and yogurt. Flavour is yogurty as hell, with tons of lacto and a touch of marionberry. Too much yogurt. Lame stuff.
