Made with 100% local malt from Field Five Farm and featuring Polish Lubelski hops which impart a distinct noble hop character boasting of rooibos tea, spice, orange marmalade and a touch of dankness. This beer is naturally carbonated and has a firm but balanced bitterness from a touch of caramel malt with a rich mouthfeel from the single decoction.

Hazy pale, medium head. Lots of grassy hop on this one, with a bit of a bready/yeasty sort of character. Medium bitterness, again that yeasty base, though pretty robust malt. The hops have a bit of a lemongrass, almost terpy note to them as well, which elevates the beer, especially in the finish.

On tap at Luppolo, pours a hazy golden with a very large white head. Aroma brings out soft spicy hops, straw, soft floral notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is spicy and crisp, with a very nice hop expression, plenty of bite, crisp crackery malt, and a touch of straw. Well-hopped, biting, bitter. Very well-made.

Poured from the tap. Chill hazed gold with white head. Grassy and herbal hopping with bitter finish, pils malt with some bready character weighing it down. Decent.
