The colour of summer barley and bursting with fresh hop aroma. A permanent feature in our coldroom because we all like reminding of summer. A refreshing blend of English and American hops dominate this easy drinking session ale.

From cask. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity, grapefruity and vague greasy hoppy. Bitter, fruity, citrusy to peachy. Toasted and light fruity into a mild bitter finish.

GBBF Day 4. Cask. The great Harrisoni/madmitch76 walkabout. Lightly hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry. Fine carbonation. Light clean pale malts. Light orange hops. LIttle floralness. Very light spice. Light semi dry finish. Nicely balanced if quite light.

Cask at GBBF ’14, day 1, 12/08/14. Very lightly hazed golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose carries muted citric notes, bread dough, spice, a little musty in places. Taste comprises much the same, rather restrained and muted, light citric vibes and bready pangs. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Mediocre GB.

Sampled @ GBBF day 3. Clear orange golden color, no head. Smell and taste lightly malts, lightly hoppy, lightly bitter. Quite plain and simple, but not bad. Decent body and carbonation.
