750ml (thx, Marc-Olivier L. !) @ Matt's house. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: rustic notes, some acidity, oak, and a bit of fruity notes. Taste: some sweetness, bold, rustic notes, low to moderately acidic. Overall: pretty good.

Fairly dull looking, pale. On the nose, sort of a pommaceous nose, some bugs. On the palate, certainly this is solid, with a bit of tartness, good fruity complexity. That touch of brett C is nice.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has citrus, light acetic, oak, and wild bugs. Flavour is quite complex, with a nice wild yeast character, stone fruit, citrus, light-to-moderate acidity, and a little oak. Citrusy, wild and oaky, with a stone fruity finish. Very nicely done.
