Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2014, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Dark Star NHA Pale ].Clear light medium yellow amber color with a average, open and frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, fruity, tropical fruit, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140812]

Cask at the hanging bat. Pours clear amber, thick creamy white head. Aromas of tropical fruit, lemon zest. Taste is light bitter, more citrus and mango. Light sweet at the back. Good.

From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and slight citrusy hoppy. Smooth fruity, crisp hoppy and slight citrusy. Bitter and smooth fruity into a crisp hoppy finish.

Draft at the Great British Beer Festival 2014, Day 1 - London. Pours clear, rich gold with a frothy white head. Lovely hops in this beer, with moderate sweetness, juicy tangerine, pale bread, orange. Light-medium bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Finishes sweet with pale bread and more juicy citrus. Solid cask APA.

Cask (Craft Beer Co, Clapham) - Dark amber in colour. Peach, grapefruit, apricot and mango in the aroma. Hoppy, yet nicely balanced taste with notes of mango, peach, tea, sultanas and passion fruit.

Cask at GBBF ’14, day 1, 12/08/14. Clear golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is juicy hops, light pine, mango, mandarin, bitter citrics, candyfloss. Taste comprises orange pith, juicy hop charectaristics, light spice, mandarin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a lingering hop bitterness. Decent cask APA.

Cask at Land of Liberty Peace and Plenty, Chorleywood, Herts. A golden/amber coloured pour with a medium white fluffy head on top. Sweet, hoppy, tropical fruit aroma. Tastes hoppy, slightly sweet, tropical fruit, malty, hint of caramel. Quite American in taste, really enjoyed it.

Cask at Craft Beer Co, Clerkenwell on 22nd August 2014. Copper with off-white loose foam. Floral hop aroma. Fruity in-mouth with delicate floral hoppiness. A touch of nuttiness then fruity and nutty finish with lasting grassy bitterness in the rear-mouth. Light yet engaging texture.
