Poured from 330mL bottle. Murky dark brown with no head. Fairly spiced, cinnamon, nutmeg, touch of sassafras, a bit molasses-y, bitters barrel forward, could use a touch more body. Decent.

Dark brown, with just a thin head. The aroma is all about the bitters, with a bit of rum in behind that. On the palate, herbaceous most certainly. A grab bag of thyme, juniper berries, spruce, gentian and whatever else is in there. The base beer has some sweetness, figs, maybe caramel, though not the utmost complexity. The bitters is all over this, and thankfully it lends a good character. Just looking for a bit more overall depth here.

PoutAroma dark cherry and some rum and caramel. Flavour dark fruit and some spice. A bit muddled. Mouthfeel smoothfeel but minimal carbonation. Enjoyable, but feels a bit lacking. Rum builds unpleasantly.

375mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown / dark mahogany with almost no head. Aroma is full of salty soy sauce, bitters, some rum barrels, and chocolate syrup. Flavour is very unusual, with lots of chocolate syrup, plenty of bitters, some soy sauce, and gentle rum. Carb is flat. Like most Temporal beers, the base beer(s) is/are not strong enough to carry this -- these need to be re-worked before considering more barrel treatments. It's alright, but really leaves something to be desired.

330 ml bottle. Pours a dark reddish brown with very light fizzy head that settles quickly. Aromas of salty soy sauce, chocolate syrup, and slick roasted malts. Flavors of fruity rum, dusty dark chocolate, graham cracker, vanilla, dark fruit, and oily roasted malts. A lot going on. Very good
