Pours dark brown with small white head. Aroma a lot of smoke and briny seaweed. Flavour lacks both, mainly lightly toasted malt. Some of the aroma lingers on the palate. Very light, not great.

473mL can, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out gentle briney, saltiness from the seaweed, and dry toasted malt. Flavour is dry and toasty, with bready malt and a touch of earthiness. I don't get the smoke or seaweed on the flavour. Weak, watery, rather lifeless. Not great.

473 ml can. Pours a hazy brown with moderate head. Aromas of nuts, plastic, smoke, and oily roasted malts. Flavors follow same with additional saltiness. Comes across more as a porter base.
