US pint can from the Kura’s Kraft beer festival. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is toffee caramel. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter, with a smooth, somewhat rich, toffee, juicy citrus, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Draft pint in Trevor's at the Tracks, San Juan Capistrano late on 30th August 2025. Clean golden pour, white affair on top. Pleasant citrus aroma and taste, oranges mostly, honeydew melon maybe? Anyway it was a great way to finish off a lovely evening in SJC.

On tap at Embolden, pours a clear pale golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dank as hell, with dank hops, tanginess, and melon-y notes from the Mosaic. Flavour has tons of tangy hops, white wine tang, some melon-y notes, and just enough crisp malt to back. Really great expression of the Nelson and Mosaic. Excellent.

Gold, bright, no head. Weedy aroma, just a touch of allium, bright hop, some peach and orange in there.
