A Belgian style Saison made with 6 grains: wheat, oats, barley, rye, corn, and rice!

Malty, with an artisan bread vibe , defined by a saison yeast, it is the perfect hearty balance of sweet sour and deep smoothness. It's a farm fresh ale.

Medium body. This is yeasty, lightly estery. It's also toasty. But it's simple. Not the brewery's best style to begin with, and just uninspired like the boss told us to make saison so we're making saison kind of vibe.

On tap at FHF 2024, pours a cloudy orange amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out toasted grains, multigrain notes, and cereal notes. Flavour is grainy and crisp, with grainy notes, cereal, and some rustic saison yeast. Rustic, grainy and crisp. Good stuff.
