Making no wrong turns, this New York born beer brewed in collaboration with Chelsea Brewing Company, hails a complex blend of citrus fruit flavours.
Checker Cab is a bright pale golden ale with a straw-yellow hue. A blend of the finest hops give Checker Cab its distinctive crisp, dry finish with prominent yet delicate hop flavour and aroma.

Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of malts and straw. Sweet malty flavour, straw. Malty finish, light sweet, biscuit, light hops.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2014, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Everards / Chelsea Brewing Company Checker Cab ].Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, open and frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, cookie, caramel, biscuit malt, light butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, cookie - biscuit malt, light caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140814]

Cask at the Church, Birmingham. Pours light gold with a medium head. Aroma is eggy straw. Taste has light straw throughout.

Sampled @ GBBF day 3. Slightly hazy yellow golden color, small white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, lightly hops, a bit old hops, lightly grainy and hayish. Average body and carbonation.
