A beer for craft beer drinkers looking to try something a step beyond a pale ale, our saison draws inspiration from the Belgian classic. The beer is brewed using a special yeast to give a unique spice aroma and flavour. There are also notes of stone fruit and a touch of honey sweetness making our saison a very approachable beer.

Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2015 ] @ Lokomotivvaerkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Carlow O’Haras Spring Saison ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, saison east, yeasty, earthy, pale malt - wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150528]

Draft @ Ølfestival 2015. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish.

Draught at Shamrock Inn cph. Frothy White fair mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavoir. Short light bitter finish. oily pakate.

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is estery, light spiced and dry herbal. Bitter. Grassy, estery and slight herbal dry finish.
