Draft at the brewpub on 12th August 2025, shared with Lee Ann (a Canadian friend). Hazed pink look, light blush wispy covering for a head. Tart and semi sour taste with raspberries coming through loud and clear.

473mL can, pours a cloudy bright pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma is full of whispy wheat, bright raspberry and gentle lacto — smells like a legit raspberry Berliner. Flavour is soft, with tart raspberries, lots of wheaty notes, and low-level lacto. This is very on-point for a Berliner — doesn't have that yogurty nonsense that so many crappy kettle sours have. Dry, wheaty, fruity finish. This is great.

473 ml can. Pours pink with lots of carbonation but really no head. Aromas of earthy red berries and wheat. Flavors of dried raspberries, chalk, grapes and wheat
