Tap @ Cock Tavern near Hackney, small sample, served in a tulip glass. Slight hazy yellow color, short white head. Aroma is bit spicy yeast, bit grassy. Slight sweet in taste, slight bitter. Not dry enough. Quite boring actually.

Sampled at the Cock Tavern. Hazy pale yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste lightly wheat, flowers, a slightly weird sweetness that I can’t describe better. Decent body and carbonation.

Keg at the Cock during RBESG. It pours hazy gold with a small white head. The nose is earthy, spice, big vinegar, tangy, ketchup and funky fruit. The taste is bitter, grassy, citrus peel, spice, light creaminess, stone fruits and mild tartness. Medium body and fine carbonation. Smells pretty vinegary... Tastes a bit better, but still not great....

Cask at the cock tavern. Clouded yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting sticky with a sticky white head. Aroma is light funk, sour milk, doughy wheat. Flavour is tart wheat grains, touch of acid, grainy, milky. Palate is dry, grainy, touch of apple in the finish. Highish carbonation. Meh.

Draft - Soured pale malts, lemon and fermented fruit. Hazy gold with a decent white head. Soured tropical fruit and some mild spice. Very odd, not sure I like it, but interesting.
