Keg at the Cock, 30/07/14. Hazed orange golden with a well appointed off white cap. Nose is green apples, grass, floral vibes, decaying melon, must, straw, earthy notes. Taste comprises lemon rind, earthy tones, mint leaf, straw, light florals, spice, musty. Medium bodied, prickly carbonation - overcooked here, drying close. So so for style, drinkable but not carrying a lot of depth, doesn’t refresh where other saisons do.

Cock Tavern. Keg. Hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is light and crispy and dry. Little seltzer and a touch of spicy apple. Mild noble hop bitterness, whisper of herb. Finishes light and dry with a mild minty coolness.

Keg at the Cock Tavern - London. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy, white head. The nose has mild Belgian yeast, pale doughy wheat bread, tangy lemon. Light sweet flavor with grainy wheat, rotting lemon, some astringency, a bit of wet hay, dough. Light bodied with average carbonation. Grainy pale malts to finish with some frther dough, wheat, tangy lemon, some sweat. Not great.
