Cloudy plummy colour with a thin head. Very bright fruit, pluot in particular, but some plums. On the palate, it's soft and sweet, with very bright pluots. Like biting into the fruit. Gentle acidity towards the finish.

750mL bottle. Pours cloudy pinkish red with foamy light pink head. Aroma has plums, peaches, and rustic yeast. Flavour is juicy with dark plums, apricots, some tannic tartness, rustic yeast, woody dryness. Pleasant tartness and light acidity throughout. Fantastic balance.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange amber with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with pluots and plums upfront, with plenty of bugs and a touch of oak. Flavour is super juicy, with lots of rustic saison yeast, tons of juicy plums and pluots, some toasted grains, and bugs. Everything is beautifully integrated, finishing juicy, rustic, and buggy. This is wonderful.

cloudy light blood orange color. Super light and refreshing with tons of raspberry funky oak. Super light body, big carbonation tons of raspberries. Like drinking champagne with fruit. Fuck this is a masterpiece

Bottle thanks to Adnan. Pours a cloudy pink with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is plum skin, mineral, wood. Slick body, plum, stone fruit, mineral, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

750ml (thx, Joe and Josh for picking it up and delivery!) @ 🏡. 41st birthday beer 😊 Appearance: hazy copper with a white head. Aroma: bold with nice funk, bugs, plums. Taste: along the same lines, with rustic notes, oak, and, yes (darn!) strawberries! Overall: very nice.
