"1995" we brewed a throw back IPA. With one minor tweak...we did not use any Crystal malt in this beer. Hopped with Simcoe and Chinook with 85 "IBUS". .

Honestly, this beer was brewed to reflect on the not so distant past. A lot has changed in regards to this style... We would much rather brew this style of IPA than ever make a #milkshake #IPA ?

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
Haze, light amber. Thick head. Chewy, orange, bitter, crystal malt. Bitter, overripe, chewy. Not really an 1995 IPA, more like late 90s, but even then it's a sloppy example.

On tap at Structures, pours a cloudy dark chestnut orange brown with a small white head. Aroma brings out mineraly notes, piney and earthy hops. Flavour is piney, with lots of woody, piney hops, with some earthy notes and dry biscuity malt. Old style IPA indeed. Nicely balanced and constructed overall.
