Cask @ Lord Nelson, Oakham. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are apples, elderflower, fruits and has a nice fruity finish.

BIAB at Bowes Christmas Market. Hazy yellow colour, no head and aroma of fruity sweet apple, floral. Taste is sweet, juicy apple, fruity, floral elderflower. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet finish. Quite OK.

Box @ Calans, Hebden Bridge. The apple is dominant, and very sweet with the juice additions - making it feel and taste like regular fruit juice. The elderflower is noticeable, mostly in its nose giving the aroma a small floralness

Unclear - hazy matt light to medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples, apple porridge - mush. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long to average duration, elderflowers, apple, sweet apples, apple porridge, pear sweet. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20140419]
