Keg at the brewpub, RBESG ’15 day 3, 22/08/15. Pale yellow with a moderate off White covering. Nose is light citric peel, straw, pale malt, soft bread. Taste comprises melon, light bread, citric peel, straw, toasted malt. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Ok for style.

[ As Ølsnedkeren Global Cream Ale ].Unclear matt medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, wheat - grain, moderate yeasty, herbs, coriander, estery notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, coriander - yeast, wheat - grain, yeast, herbs. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150528]
