Seasoned with the flavors of fall, this beer evokes the freshness of harvest time. We roasted locally grown pumpkins to bring out their unique flavor, sprinkled in some pumpkin pie seasoning for richness, and then lightly hopped to bring balance to the sweetness.

A hazy brown beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of cardemomme, cinnamon, malt, caramel, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, cardemomme, cinnamon, and bread, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, warm, nutty brown with a lacing, beige head. Very spicy nose, lots of cardamom and cinnamon. Body feels fairly rich in spite of the alcohol. Tons of spices - especially cinnamon and a bitter finish. Not up with the best Pumpkin beers. 140715

Tap.Hazy dark brown colour with medium head.Aroma is strong spicey of coriander,pepper and pumpkins,feels and bit odd but still tasty,reminds be of a x-mas type of beer with lots of spices and caramel and malt,cool overall.

Draught @ Taphouse, Lavendelstraede 15, DK-1462 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Edge Brewing Buried Alive ].Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, clove, cinnamon. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, spicy, clove, cinnamon, spicy bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20150527]
