330 ml bottle @ Fox and Hounds, Aabenraa. Almost clear, slightly dark golden body with a small white head. Aroma has quite clean apple, apple core with hint of yeast and oak. Flavor is medium sweet apple juice, apple cores, light fruity acidity and a hint of wood. Actually I don’t think they are using oak barrels when reading their web pages, but I find it a bit oak/wood flavored anyway. OK balanced body and decent aftertaste. Have a feeling this is a rather commercial business, but the cider tastes surprisingly good and “crafty” as it is. Nothing super complex, but refreshing, tasty and enjoyable with a pretty good balance between sweetness and acidity.
