Cloudy burnt orange. Thick head. Fades to a single white finger smells like saaz and European spicy and earthy hops. Very light carbonation. Mango and papaya juicy finish. White grape at the start. It’s tasty

Call. Piure light hat golden, small white head, good lacing. Aroma is musty, oak, lemon, hay, socks. Flavor is musty, funky, hint of sweetness, hay. Medium body, low carbonation. Interesting.

28/02/2019 poured glass @ brewery as “Cantillon Magic Lambic”. F: big, creamy, white, long lasting. C: pale gold, hazy. A: peach, floral, herbal, some tropical fruits. T: sour fruity, lemon, grapefruits, peach, bit stone fruits, grapes, tarty, woody, mellow fruity, herbal, medium body and carbonation, really nice, enjoyed.

Backlog. Cask @ Moeder Lambic, Fontaines. Hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, barnyard, lemon and tart. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, barnyard, grapes, grapefruit, lemon, citric, medium sweet and a little dry.

13-11-18 // draft at the brewery. Hazy light golden. Small white head. Lambic funk nose. Quite fresh. Soft. Great funk. Tart. Lovely hop aroma. Hoppy bitterness.

Cask @ Moeder Lambic, Fontaines. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Funky and dry from notes of barnyard and hops. Citrus, manuer and funk. Dry with a short citrus bitter finish. Lovely!
