Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is fairly fruity with moderate pomegranate note adding notes of raspberry and cherry. Hints of citrus and green grapes. Hints of oak. Light herbal, earthy funky phenolics with light grain notes. Light alcohol notes. Pours a slightly hazy, golden- orange color with amber hues and a medium large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes steadily to a small thin head that lingers. Faint lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light acidity and light grain notes. Medium bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately fruity notes of pomegranate with notes of cherry and hints of green grapes, lemon and raspberry. Light oak notes. Light herbal, earthy, funky phenolics. Light mineral water note in the finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid fruited saison. Nice pomegranate notes that worked well with the SARA house character. Decent oak and malt notes. Well balanced bitterness and alcohol notes.

Tap. Pours clear pinkish orange. Small off white head, decent lacing. Aroma is berries, lemon, dust, bugs, oak tannin, a bit vinous. Flavor is light plus tart, light funk, lemony berry notes. Light body. Eh. Again, too lemony and a bit one dimensional.
