Cloudy redish amber, frothy white head. Caramely aroma, faint hints of chiili perhaps. Rather watery, malty and light caramely flaovour with late and light chili burn. Boring.

Bottle, 5.0%. Farty aroma, hint of fruit. Almost clear red brown colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is OK malty and slightly fruity. Has a little chili flavour, the refreshing fruity notes, and very little chili burn. The base beer is a little boring, so it might have been better with a bit more chili.

0.33l bottle. This one pours a quite dark copper bronze colored body, quite cloudy and it has nice big lasting and bubbly soft beige top. Some spicy notes on the nose. Nothing extreme though. I get a fair amount of pilsner aromas here. Old, slightly metallic at first. Think I'll leave it in the glass for a while to see if it gets any better. It kinda does. Gains more caramel and malt-momentum after a while and the metal off aromas are gone. Earthy hops and pilsner yeast pretty much sums it up on the nose. Taste like a pilsner also. Would not have notice the chili if I didn't knew it was there. It feels light oily in the mouth and it's just below average on the somewhat creamy carbonation. Easy to drink though. Soft fruity with subtle hints of caramel and mild peppers. No burn at all, but there is a prickle in the aftertaste. All in all something that would imagine could work better with food than on its own. 09.05.2014
