Pours a clear, brilliant copper-gold color with a medium sized, thick pillowy, slightly tan head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers in the center and on the edges. Flavor is somewhat sweet with nice, rich, malt notes. Layers of caramel with lots of toasted breads, biscuit and crackers. Medium light bitterness and medium light alcohol. Hints of floral, spicy hop notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really solid maibock. A really great, flavorful and aromatic malt profile. Balanced bitterness and light hop notes that compliment nicely.
