Tap at the soft open. Pours clear yellow gold, large white head that dissipates slowly leaving good lacing. Aroma is standard saison yeast forward, black pepper and field grass. Floral notes make their way in, but I am not sure what the sunflower seeds are bringing to the table. Medium light body, quite pleasant
