This West Coast style IPA is a collaboration with ForeLand Beer out of McMinnville, OR. Both breweries wanted to try out the new Phantasm powder, produced from the skins of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes from New Zealand. They also got to test out Superbloom, a designer yeast from Berkeley Labs that produces terpenes during fermentation. Phantasmic!

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Can. Pours clear golden orange, small off white head, good lacing. Aroma is pine, grapefruit, white grape must. Flavor is light sweet, medium bitter. Light plus body. 5,7,7,4,15
