Far away in the distance we saw what appeared to be a large rotating pineapple. That could only mean one thing, we’d found a kiosk, slangin’ the freshest juice of all the land. This expressive yeast Hazy IPA Features a melange of hop varieties for a great offering of red fruit, white grape, grapefruit oil forward terpenes & a nice dusting of pine. Hopped with Strata, Nelson, Simcoe, Centennial & Motueka.

Can from Tavour. Pours grapefruit hazy gold with a large white head. Aroma of grapefruit pith. Med plus body. It's juicy, but not very sweet. Dry enough. Bitter enough as well. Flavor is grapefruit pith/zest, melon, and a lot more. Excellent flavor.

Can (1/2/24) pour from Valley Beverage. Opaque dark yellow with nice sparkle, cap of head with fair retention and tons of soapy lacing. Aroma is strong grapefruit, herb and nectarine. Taste is strong nonspecific fruit (lychee?), light cooking herb and malt. Smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Aroma is juicy (though herb in there as well) but taste doesn't match it.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated January 30, 2023. Aroma is hop forward with a fruity notes of passion fruit, rambutan, lychee and light tropical citrus notes. Light grain notes and light alcohol notes. Pours a hazy, dull, golden color with a medium sized, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Moderately high lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. Moderately strong bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately strong hop notes with passion fruit, lychee and rambutan with lighter notes of berries and tropical citrus. Faint dank, resin notes that linger into the finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really solid IPA. Very prevalent, but soft tropical fruit notes. Bitterness isn't too strong and alcohol is well hidden. Not my favorite Cellarmaker IPA.
