Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 3, 02/05/2015. Clear golden orange with no head. Nose is sweet apple, honey, floral, caramel, straw. Taste comprises apple pie, caramel, vanilla, peach. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok cider.

Draft. A yellow mead. The aroma has notes of labre larver, caramel, and apples. The flavor is sweet with notes of labre larver, caramel, and apples.

Draught@CBC2015. Yellowish golden colour with no head. Aroma is caramel, some apples and mild strange sweetness to it. Flavour is apples, some caramel, mild tartness as well. I’m not sure why, but this felt a bit artificial.

Draft @ CCB Cider & Mead. This is not the same as Cowboy Don’s - talk about making things complicated. Dorée-pâle, blanc au col mais si dissipent raidement. Arôme offre le même bouquet astringent de CCb, note de caramel et léger fleuri en rétro. Palais de pomme astringent fine amertume avec un rétro de caramel apportant une note de douceur. Presque toffee mais le tout reste très ’gimmicky’.

Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, honey, caramel, artificial, caramel - toffee - laber larver. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, fruity, apple, caramel - fudge, honey sweet. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20150502]
