Vom Faß ("handpump") im GLB # 45, Peking. - Schönes Rotgold, leicht trüb; dünne Schaumdecke. - In der Nase mild-süßes Karamelmalz und elegante herbfruchtige Hopfennoten, die entfernt an Tee erinnern. - Antrunk überraschend weich karamelmalzig-süß mit elegantem, komplexem Malz und Anklängen an Honig. Mild floraler Hopfen, der im Abgang beträchtliche Herbe entfaltet. Blumige Tee-Noten gehen in elegante Orangenschalen-Herbe über. Sehr wenig rezent, fast schal, was den schönen Malzaromen zu voller Entfaltung verhilft. Im Abgang elegant fruchtige, an chinesischen Schwarztee erinnernde, nur leicht bittere Hopfenherbe. - Hochoriginelle Kreation mit schönen Tee-Anklängen.

Draft @ Mikkeller & Friends, Copenhagen. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty weak caramel hoppy aroma. Fruity malty spicy caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel finish.

From tap. Pours cloudy orange to amber with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and vague herbal. Teaish, toasted malt. Bitter and slight herbal. Dry and bitter finish.
