Please enjoy this collaboration brew with Eli Pascal formerly of Tahoe Mountain and currently with Lake Tahoe Brewing. We used a spicy French saison yeast to complement the addition of peach puree, pomegranate, jasmine green tea, and the tart Middle Eastern spice, Sumac. Many Blessings to all!

Draught sample at CBC 2015. Hazy, golden colour with a thin, white head. Fruity aroma with hay, floral hops, grass, sweet fruits - peach. Taste is lightly sweet. Medium body. Finishes dry and fruity with earthy notes and barnyard. Lovely Saison.

Tap@CBC2015, Yellow Session - pours gold with a white head. Aroma and taste is barnyard and orchard fruity, some lemon, straw, floral and grassy hop nuances, yeasty, dry finish.

Draught@CBC2015. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, yeasty, funky and mild tropical fruits. Flavour is earthy, herbal, some toffee, yeast and quite nice and fresh fruitiness to it.

From tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Yellow session. Hazy yellow color with white head. Yeasty, citrusy fruity, light herbal spicy aroma. Sweet bitter taste like aroma, light tart. Light oily body with soft carbonation.

Sample at CBC. Hoppy aroma- Taste of green tea, lemon, spices and a bit of cardboard. Odd brew, but all togheter it ends up as a quite regular saison taste.

Sample @ CBC. Tastes like a "traditional" saison, even tough a lot of unconventional fruits are added. Light, crisp and with a green tea like dryness. Notes of flowers and honey.
