Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session I, 01/05/2015. Very lightly hazed golden blonde with a moderate off white head. Nose is pissy citric strokes, melon, light tarte fruit wash, straw. Taste comprises on the turn melon, light yeast strains, floral tones, herbal notes, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

Draught @ CBC 2015 [ Yellow Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As 18th Street Cockfight ].Light unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate hoppy, citrus, grass, grapes, apples. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, grapes, apple, sweet malt - fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150501]

[5/1/15] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. 1st session. Hazy pale yellow. Aroma of wood and zesty fruit. Fruity flavor, spicy, woody, with a bit of bitterness. Medium-bodied.

CBC Yellow Session. Keg. Light haze on this paleish gold beer, small cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry with modest fine carbonation. Weird tasting medicinal flavours in to some floralness. Trace of spice. Light dry finish. Odd but passable.
