12oz can pours with a clear gold body that supports a dirty white head of foam. The aroma offers up sweet apples, pears, some lime, a dash of woodiness and then lime cotton candy. Not so much to style already. The taste delivers loads of sugar sweet malts, sweet corn, a thin lime sensation and then floral hoppiness flowing into a wafer thin blend of cracker malts and banana. WAT? Kolsch? Yes. . . No. Far too sweet and sluggish.

Can 1 month out of date > pilsner glass A: Poured 1/2" of thick yellowish white foam that held well atop finely hazed pale gold with very busy bubbles rising and sheet lacing. S: Light sweet scent of grains, bread and honey. No grape, apple or must. T: Fruity tart apple flavor comes out of the fizz with a hint of wine and bread. Not as sweet as the smell. M: Body is light and well carbonated. Feel is crisp, clean and dry. O: Hits all bases nicely for me despite its age. Easy recommendation.

Can. Crystal clear, pillowy white foam and it features crackery light malts with a citrusy lemon hoppiness. Light bodied crisp and refreshing. Made to pound which explains the styles glass is a stange that you can basically down in one sip. Good stuff.

Its OK. Nice clean bready malts, mostly dry, typical buttered toast I always taste in kolsch, lightly hopped, seemingly minty, herbal, coriander.
