Bottiglia. Arco olfattivo dominato dal fruttato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in modo duraturo. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, mango e frutta tropicale.

Bottiglia. L’intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma a bollicine medie ha una discreta resistenza. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Il perlage ha bollicine fini. Il colore è ambrato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L’amaro è deciso. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate. L’aroma in bocca riporta sentori di caramello, miele, malto, luppolo, lievito, alcol presente, erba e fiori.

33 cl bottle. Pours cloudy amber to brown with a small off white head. Toasted, herbal and dark malty. Fruity, dark malty and caramelish. Toasted malty. Light fruity. Dry malty finish.

Bottled. An amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of hops, straw, over ripe fruits, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, over ripe fruits, and spices, leading to a bitter finish.

bb 30/6/17 bel ambrato velata buona schiuma piuttosto persistentne naso un filo speziato aromatico ma non avvincente fragranten lieve terroso erbaceo un anota fruttata piuttosto amara e secca ma povera di aroma

Bottle sample at a tasting at Stas’s place. Thanks Stas & Max. Murky amber with a big of beige foam. Aroma of yeast, vegetables, malt, caramel, fruitiness, and weird leafy hops. Sweetish flavor with malt, caramel, yeast, fruitiness, vegetables, and weird leafy hops. Medium-bodied. Like a bad homebrew.
