Bottle. Malty nose, tracle, chocolate, light erthy hops. Brownish red with lace. Sweet, malty flavor, not quite a barley wine, rather light in body, a bit like a doppelbock, but more English.

GBBF Day 4. Cask. The great Harrisoni/madmitch76 walkabout. Almost clear deep amber beer, few pale tan bubbles for a head. Light semi dry palate. Mild fine carbonation. Light bodies but rich tasting malts, trace of toffee. Touch of marmalade. Light finish.

Sampled @ GBBF day 2. Clear red brown color, small beige head. Don’t get a lots of aroma. Taste malts, some leaves, a light touch of roast, nuts, caramel. Hmm a bit weird, but drinkable.
